4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address, pin code, and phone number are correct.
If the order returns due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Unreachable customer

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

Re-shipping charges will apply.


5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, open, or tampered with:

  • Please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

  • Once accepted, we are unable to compensate for damages caused by courier mishandling.
